  3. I absolutely believe in the power of gratitude. I am so grateful for my family, our home, all of our opportunities, our health, and our happiness. I try to list ten things that I am grateful for each night before I go to bed. (It is even better to do that first thing in the morning.) Great post and thank you!

  5. You are so right! I lost my younger brother last April. After his death I was overcome with grief. I quit doing everything I loved. I knew it wasn’t healthy, and I began to put a lot of effort into integrating all the wonderful things that I’d set aside back into my life. Every single day I make a conscious effort to be thankful and grateful…for my wonderful husband, my other siblings, my health, my family, my friends, all the little things. Thanks for a great post!
